Terms of Service

Effective date:
Last updated:

These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern any professional services 200OK Solutions may provide to you - those are covered by a separate signed agreement, such as a master services agreement or statement of work. Where the two conflict for engaged clients, the signed agreement takes precedence.

(1) Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

(4) Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content of this site - including text, case studies, white papers, graphics, layout and source code - is owned by 200OK Solutions or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Client names, logos and trade marks shown in our case studies and client lists remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the work described. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of these terms.

(5) Accuracy of content

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, including the outcomes and metrics quoted in case studies, which are drawn from the engagements described. Results reported for one client are specific to that engagement and are not a prediction or guarantee of the results any other organisation will achieve.

Nothing on this site is professional, legal, financial or regulatory advice. Technical guidance in our white papers and articles is general in nature and should be assessed against your own architecture, obligations and risk profile before you act on it.

(6) Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party websites and services, including our blog, social media profiles and AI assistants used to summarise our services. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own discretion.

This site uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect its forms from automated abuse. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s own privacy policy and terms of service.

(7) Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of the site for maintenance, security or business reasons without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 200OK Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or from reliance on any content published on it.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

(9) Privacy and cookies

How we collect, use and protect personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. Cookie preferences can be changed at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link in the site footer.

(10) Governing law
